I have been invited by the British Lung Foundation to set up and run a training programme for singing leaders interested in running Singing for Lung Health groups.
The first training workshop was in April and those 12 participants are now researching and developing new groups to begin later this year. I am very much looking forward to mentoring them over this time and meeting up with them all again in the Autumn to review progress. Wonderful that the British Lung Foundation are supporting the Singing for Breathing initiative started by Udita Everett in Brighton & rb&h Arts at the Royal Brompton in 2007
